Santorini can be reached either by airplane from Athens International airport Eleftherios Venizelos or by ferry and speed boat from the port of Piraeus. There are many scheduled daily flights with great connectivity to all international arrivals in Athens with a very short interconnection time. The air transfer from Eleftherios Venizelos lasts approximately 45 minutes while the sea trip lasts between 4,5 to 7 hours, depending on the type of boat.
